We begin with an in-depth review of your network: brands, locations, Google Business Profiles, local pages, reputation and contact information. The study brings together location-level findings, identified errors and gaps, recommended improvements and priorities. Its coverage, required information and terms are defined for your company before the study begins.
We discuss the findings and recommended plan with you. You see what needs correction, what needs to be prepared and what requires ongoing attention. The proposal defines the brands, locations and services included, with implementation and ongoing management presented separately.
When we start working together, we enable your dashboard with your company’s visual identity. It brings together brands and locations, findings, tasks, changes and metrics. This is where your company checks in; Webileres handles the operation. Information across the network is available through that central access point.
Views are configured with the sources authorized for your company. We coordinate the Google Analytics and Google Business Profile access needed for the service. Each metric should identify its source, daily or monthly period and last update. If a source is not enabled or a value is unavailable, that is made clear rather than replaced with an estimate.
We establish authorized contacts and agree on the management scope. When one of those contacts requests an in-scope change and provides the necessary information, that request authorizes us to carry it out. We do not ask for the same approval again. If information is missing or a different decision arises, we check with you first. New work outside scope is agreed separately.
Webileres makes the change, checks its status and records progress in the dashboard. Submitting an update to Google and confirming that it is published are different states. If an external review is pending, we follow up and keep that status visible. Your team does not need to check profiles one by one.
Your company retains ownership or co-ownership of its Google Business Profiles and can choose who manages them. We use authorized management access; passwords are not requested through messaging. Dashboard access does not replace ownership of your accounts. When the service ends, management permissions are removed and control is returned in line with applicable policies.
The proposal defines domains, hosting, maintenance, data, content and transfer or termination conditions. Assets you provide remain yours. Access, backup, isolation and data-handling requirements are reviewed for your organization and documented in the agreement.
Google Business Profile is available at no charge. Webileres fees cover the study, implementation and management work agreed for your company.
